From the shop page, select Contact shop owner or use your Etsy order page to send a message. This keeps order details and customer support in the same secure account where the purchase was made.

For questions about a purchase, include the product name and Etsy order number in your Etsy message. Do not post payment details or other sensitive information in a public review.

If you find a factual error, unclear statement or broken link, send the page address and a short description of the issue. We review corrections and update the page when a change is warranted.

If a page, guide or product description is difficult to use, describe the barrier and the format or support that would help. We will make a reasonable effort to provide the same information in a more accessible way.

Label the message “Privacy request” and explain what you need. Purchases and Etsy messages are also governed by Etsy's privacy practices and account controls.
